Aggripa Nyahwema joined the MUKFIN team in 2018 as a Reinsurance Administrator. He rose through the ranks to become the Technical Manager following satisfactory performance as a reinsurance broker. Aggripa holds a BCom (Hons) degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe (MSU).

He also holds a certificate of proficiency in short term insurance with the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ) as well as a National Certificate in Wealth Management (INSETA). He also holds a licensed representative (RE5) holder in the South African financial sector market.
