Crispen has extensive experience in the financial services sector having worked at Old Mutual Group Zimbabwe for over 18 years. During that period he was exposed to the diversified financial services functions that include; banking, short and long- term insurance, asset and properties investments portfolios, stock broking and microfinance. He also has exposure in the agriculture and agro- processing industry where he is currently an Executive at The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe where he is responsible for Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Insurance and Real Estate Management. Crispen is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources Management, a Certified Change Manager and among other in house certifications.
